Cookie Policy
How cookies and browser storage are used to operate AI Employee under Greek and EU privacy rules.
Last updated: April 29, 2026
1. Overview
This Cookie Policy explains how AI Employee uses cookies, local storage, session storage, and similar technologies on the website and platform.
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Local storage and session storage are browser storage features that help the application remember state, preferences, and session-specific information.
In Greece, cookies and similar access to terminal equipment are regulated by Article 4(5) of Law 3471/2006, alongside the GDPR where personal data is processed.

3. Consent and strictly necessary storage
Greek law generally requires consent before storing information on, or accessing information from, a user device. Consent is not required when the storage or access is strictly necessary to transmit a communication or to provide an information society service expressly requested by the user.
For AI Employee, strictly necessary technologies include authentication cookies, security cookies, and storage required to keep the dashboard, project, and workspace launch flows functioning. Optional analytics, marketing, or third-party tracking technologies should be used only after the required consent has been obtained.
4. Technologies we use
- Authentication cookies, including cookies that keep you signed in and protect authenticated routes.
- Local storage, including account or workspace state used by the web app during sign-in, signup, and workspace launch flows.
- Session storage, including temporary project launch state used while opening AI development environments.
- Preference storage, such as interface layout choices in workspace tools.
- Analytics or performance technologies, where enabled, to understand traffic, product usage, errors, and performance.
5. Why we use them
- To sign users in, maintain secure sessions, and prevent unauthorized access.
- To remember application state and make navigation between the dashboard, projects, and workspaces work correctly.
- To operate security, debugging, reliability, and abuse-prevention features.
- To understand how the website and product are used so we can improve performance and user experience.
- To support billing, checkout, or third-party integrations where those features are enabled.
6. Third-party cookies
Some third-party services, such as authentication providers, payment processors, analytics tools, embedded content providers, or AI-related integrations, may set their own cookies or use similar technologies when their services are used.
Those third-party technologies are governed by the relevant third-party privacy and cookie notices.
7. Managing cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking or deleting cookies may prevent sign-in, dashboard access, workspace launch flows, billing, or other platform features from working correctly.
Some browser settings or extensions can also clear local storage and session storage. If you clear this data, you may need to sign in again or reselect workspace preferences.
8. Do Not Track and preference signals
Some browsers send Do Not Track or similar signals. Because there is no consistent industry standard for responding to those signals, AI Employee does not currently respond to all such signals in the same way. Where legally required, we honor applicable opt-out and consent choices.
9. Updates
We may update this Cookie Policy as our website, product features, analytics, or third-party integrations change. The updated version will be posted with a new last updated date.
